Bridging Divides, Building Connections

The concept for Purple Dialogue was born in 2016 when political conversations seemed to be very sided. Life Purpose and Career Coach Jodee Bock had the idea to bring people with opposing political viewpoints together to learn from and with each other. It was an idea that never materialized .... until now.

We have purposefully chosen the word "Dialogue" for this community. The context we use is the agreement to suspend previous assumptions in order to learn from and with each other during the times we are gathered.

This does not in any way imply that everyone must think alike or adhere to the same perspectives, it simply means that we agree to remain conscious in our awareness as much as possible, and to be respectful if we disagree.

When we release our grip on old assumptions and truly hear others, we unlock the potential for deeper relationships, greater understanding, and creative solutions. Whether you're navigating a polarized political conversation, resolving a workplace conflict, or fostering trust in your community, Purple Dialogue provides tools to build bridges and create positive change.
